My Daughter Is 3 Yrs Old. She Occasionally Wakes Up

My daughter is 3 yrs old. She occasionally wakes up in the middle of the night, calling for me. When I get to her, she is trying to sit up, shivering with cold and clammy hands. She's grinding her teeth too. I hold her and try to talk to her. It takes about 10-15 mins before her shivering stops. During her episodes, she will nod or shake her head in response to my questions. But once it stops, she will talk and then settle down to go back to sleep. It takes her about 10 mins on average to fall back asleep. everything is normal after her episodes. What can this be? Should I be concerned?
