My daughter is 3.10 years old and she is having heavy cold and high fever (103.9) and I am giving her crocin sus and ibugasic plus alternatively. Crocin every 6 hrs and after 6 hrs if the temp more than 101 then ibugasic plus for cold alerid once a day whether I am right ?
