My daughter is 34 weeks pregnant and is having swelling in her feet and legs with BP of 138/88. She states she feels like the legs are throbbing. She is a high risk pregnancy due to bicornate uterus. My question is could she be experiencing preclampsia. Several women on her father's family have had it.
