My Daughter Is 3.5 Years Old She Had Some Problem

My daughter is 3.5 years old she had some problem in her ear due to cold and be prescriped allegra, ibugesic, calvage and oftrin with a multivitamin now she has little fever and I have given her crocin at night and now again she got fever so what should I do now please suggest doctor
