My Daughter Is 4 1/2 And She Had A Red

My daughter is 4 1/2 and she had a red rash on her left hand last night and it was painful to her. I thought it was a bug bite. The rash turned the skin dry and crusty. Tonight the other hand is doing the same. What do you think it is? She doesn't feel very well. Mild fever. No appetite. Feet and mouth look normal. She does have a sore throat
