My Daughter Is 40 Months Old,she Is Suffering From Cold

My daughter is 40 months old,she is suffering from cold and has high fever, this is how paracetamol has been given to her
29 aug @1400 100.8 paracet given
29 aug @1900 101.8 paracet given
29 aug @0000.8 paracet given
30 aug @0000 fever 103,meftal advised
Since i gave paracetamol 30 min bck,can meftal be given now
