My Daughter Is 4years Old Started Walking At The Age

My daughter is 4years old started walking at the age after 1 years she has bilat.valgus feet problem.Report of x-ray pelvis(AP)with both heeps normal.Bones appear normal in density and trabecular pattern.no obvious cortical break is seen in right calcaneum.now at a time she is not walking smmothely.
