My Daughter Is 5 And Has Had Her Ears Pierced

My daughter is 5 and has had her ears pierced since August. One got ripped out couple months ago so had to buy cheap target sterling silver ear rings in the time being. I noticed they were getting infected so went and got the studs from Clair's that they were pierced with. Now she has a huge black blood blister behind the piercing and I went to clean it and gently pinched and exploded with blood! She was screaming bloody murder. Should I take her to the doctor?
