My Daughter Is 5 Years Old. She Woke Up At

My daughter is 5 years old. She woke up at 4 am saying she had bad dreams and a headache. She did get a new prescription for her glasses 2 days ago. Then around 10 am started complaining of a frontal headache mid-morning while at the dentist. She was very upset and stressed about going to the dentist. She has Auditory Sensory Disorder and gets real upset going to any doctor. She didn't great at the dentist and she was so proud and wanted to eat lunch after before we went home. During lunch she she wanted to leave because she was tired and didn't feel good. She felt warm, but it is 105 here with the heat index. I waited until we were home for 20 min to cool off before taking her temp. It was 101.5. My husband and I gave her 10ml of tylenol. After 45 min or so I checked again and it was 102.7. We used a cool rag on her head, arms, legs, back and tummy. About an hour later she perked up and wanted to color and watch a movie. I took her temp again and it was down to 99.6. We rested most of the evening and then she said her eyes and head hurt again. She covered the front of her head and eyes with cool rag. Then I checked her temp shortly after and it was back to 101.0 - at this point several hours had passed so we gave her a second dose of tylenol. She fell asleep and is in her room sleeping quietly and hasn't woke up. She feels a little warm, but nothing like earlier. I am not sure if we can wait until the morning to call doc if she still has headache especially since she is able to sleep and not fussy or crying out or need to call doc asap? Any thoughts? suggestions?
