My Daughter Is 5.5 Years Old. For Almost 2 Days,

My daughter is 5.5 years old. for almost 2 days, she has been complaining of a headache in the front. She has no registered fever, but is hot, cold, clammy, and sweaty. It hurts worse when she coughs, and says her throat hurts sometimes. Her neck does not hurt. Should I call a doctor. I have been giving her motrin/tylenol, and it doesn't help.
