My Daughter Is 6 Years Old, She Tries Really Hard

My daughter is 6 years old, she tries really hard to do everything right, she can focus really well...still she sometimes is so lost in her thoughts, I worry. She has a slight speech issue and she is getting therapy for school. She has been evaluated by an occupational therapist. No one found anything wrong. When do you worry. She creates elaborate stories with her toys.
