My Daughter Is 6yrs Old(7 In May) Today She Came

My daughter is 6yrs old(7 in may) today she came home from school early because she threw up and again on the ride home. She says her stomach doesn't hurt. The big concern is her eyes, you can tell she can't focus. She keeps moving her head up and down and her eyes are all over the place. Her pupils are very large. This is not normal for her. I'm wondering if I should have her checked for epilepsy, but something even mere bothersome is I'm wondering if someone might have given her drugs. Plus she is talking fast and keeps babbling.
