My Daughter Is 7. She Had Several Things Happening At

My daughter is 7. She had several things happening at once. Two weeks ago, she fractured her elbow and had an operation to place a pin and cast. She is scheduled for a biopsy on 11/29 for an oral lesion on her gum line and today I notice a second lesion (larger but similar) has formed inside her left cheek. She is scheduled for a adenotonsillectomy on 12/7 (more than 5 occurrences of strep and ear infections yearly for the past 3-4 years). And, tonight, she has spiked a temperature of 102.2, thrown up 3 times in a row(smelled differently than usual. The smell was like pus) has no appetite, and her tonsils look swollen together again. Should we go to the ER now? Is this potentially life threatening or probably related to her tonsils needing removed? I have given her Motrin for her fever.
