My Daughter Is 7 And Not Cold But Some Of

My daughter is 7 and not cold but some of her finger tips are purple, where the prints would be taken. She has not had anything that can color them and seems fine otherwise. Her pointer of one hand along with being purple looks as though it could have been burnt. She was also not around anything hot. We noticed this after a visit 6 hours away with an aunt whom smokes. She has taken Claritin. She was in the car for 6 hours before we noticed.
