My Daughter Is 7 Months Old. Her First Tooth Just

My daughter is 7 months old. Her first tooth just broke through this week. I can feel the top of it. However since Monday she hasn't slept well and today a fever. Highest was 102. Is that teething? She has no other symptoms. Still eating formula. Lack of want for baby food.
