My Daughter Is 7 Months Old She Puked 4 Times

My daughter is 7 months old she puked 4 times on monday followed by diarrhea since yesterday. she has passed about 8-10 loose stools yesterday. I have given her half dose of enterogermina last night & half in the morning. she has passed 2 loose stools since morning.

do i need to consult a doctor or wait for 1 more day?
