My Daughter Is 7yrs Old , She Was Doing Split

My daughter is 7yrs old , she was doing split and got very bad low butt pain . I understand she needs to rest and so on but the problem is she has a competition in 2 days. How we can at least make it less painful so she can do her routine . Will warm bath help? May be there is some pain relief medicine she can take just to be able to compete
