My Daughter Is 8 Months And 7 Days. She Has

My daughter is 8 months and 7 days. She has cold past week and has started coughing from yesterday. She doesn't cough full time but is not able to sleep continuously. The cough wakes her up. Sounds like a dry cough too. I have kofarest pd handy. Can I give her that? If yes , what dosage?

Ps: the cough seems to be increasing in strength.
