My Daughter Is 8 Months Pregnant And Just Recently Got

My daughter is 8 months pregnant and just recently got Bells Palsy, she is having pain in the right side of her face which is the affected area. In the beginning she had ear pain and neck pain, but the pain has moved to the whole right side. Does that mean its getting worse or could it mean she is getting feeling back and that would be better? thank you, Josie
