My Daughter Is 8, She Has A Rash On The

My daughter is 8, she has a rash on the top sides of her hands. I have been treating her with triamcinolone acetonide cream. The school nurse called and questioned if she had scabies. I do not know what scabies look like and i assumed if she has them they would effect other areas. I think allergies to weeds in bloom or something in grass. She has been picking flowers and such. I would like your opinion.
