My Daughter Is 9 Days Old, She Sleeps Through Feedings

My daughter is 9 days old, she sleeps through feedings only eating 1 ounce and sometimes goes 4 hours without showing interest in food. She is drinking pumped breast milk and sometimes spits up half of what she eats. She is pooping normal. Should I be alarmed?
