My Daughter Is 9 Months Old She Suffer From Rare

My daughter is 9 months old she suffer from rare type of disease called "salaam spasm". Her head dropp down suddenly several time in a day. Her doctor adviced using "colbium tablet" and "cyn acten" ampouls.
Does those midicines real and effective treatment for my child. Can you help me in this regards?

P.S. MRI images, blood analyses and brain graphs dont show any results concerning such disease.
