My Daughter Is A 30 Year Old Diabetic. Lately She

My daughter is a 30 year old diabetic. Lately she has been very swollen ALL over.The doctor's here in South Arkansas area haven't been trying to help. Currently, she in the hospital, because her sister found her not breathing good. My question is what do you think the problem is .She has high blood pressure also and with swelling it has made her gain weight, which I know is from the swelling.
