My Daughter Is A Cross Country Runner A Sophomore In

My daughter is a cross country runner a sophomore in high school. She has had pain at the top of her foot by toes next to big toe. She has no swelling but it hurts to walk sometimes and after over a week she went back to running and says the pain was a four so the coach told her to stop after warm up and she biked! We went to doctor over a week ago they did not think it was a stress fracture at this time! Tired the test of resisting toes while you pull toes back and that did not bother her! Neither does pushing on it really!!
