My Daughter Is A Freshman In College And Has Been

My daughter is a freshman in college and has been sick pretty much since she started school in august - she was sick (fever 102 about 3 weeks ago) she went to school infirmary was tested for mono, strep and flu 2 times all negative then broke out in rash, I took her to dermatologist who biopsied the rash - was nothing there, put her on steroids, she finished those Thursday and spike another fever on Sunday went back to school infirmary Monday tested for flu again nothing, has a fever of 103 chills, aches, everything and I don't know what to do? Tests maybe?
