My Daughter Is About 4 Yrs And She Is Suffering

My daughter is about 4 yrs and she is suffering from cold and cough due to allergy. Doctor recommended levolin and budecort inhaler along with monticop syrup. After taking this for 3 months we stopped when we go home at Bathinda (Punjab). She was fine there but when we came back to Chennai the problem starts again and doctor told that this is due to pollen. Now she is taking antiallergic syrups. But she has been suffering from cough. Can I give her a nebulizer with duolin and budecort along with NS for relief or start levolin inhaler again.
