My Daughter Is Almost 4 Years Old. She Has Been

My daughter is almost 4 years old. She has been getting a fever every morning around 3-4am. I give her paracetamol and the fever goes away. She doesn't have a fever during the daytime, only early morning. She also has a lot of congestion and coughs a lot. We went to the doctor and he said her lungs were clear but has a sore throat. She has been taking medicine (throat, lung medicine and antibiotics) for 3 weeks now and she still gets early morning fevers.
