My Daughter Is Away First Year In College. She Just

My daughter is away first year in college. She just text us a picture her thermostat reading and described her symptoms. 102 body temp, stuffy nose, mild coughing, chills, sensitive skin... on set symptoms came with fatigue on fairly quickly this afternoon. Health office on campus closed but I did say it is mostly a flu and should visit the doctor's office first thing in the morning. She doesn't want to miss any class but she her current symptoms is physically making her feel weak and freezing is how she is describing it.
