My Daughter Is Bi-polar And Schizophrenic. Has Been Clinically Diagnosed

My daughter is bi-polar and schizophrenic. Has been clinically diagnosed many years ago. She will not admit she has a mental illness. She is middle aged works from home. Moved to a city where she knows no one. My fear is she will harm herself and no one will know for weeks. What can I do. Thank You
