My Daughter Is Experiencing Weakness In Hand And Hand Slowly

My daughter is experiencing weakness in hand and hand slowly curls inward on it's own. SHe went to ER last night and they dismissed her to seek a neurologist, she does take migrain medication from a neurologist in Nebraska since thats where she lived originally. She now lives in Colorado alone. She take Wellbutrin for depression and did not know if it would be better if she sees a neuropsychiatrist or regular neurologist???
