My Daughter Is Having Complications From An Oral Surgery. She

My daughter is having complications from an oral surgery. She had a root canal done a few years ago. It continued to give her problems. She went to another dentist who found a piece of broken file from the previous procedure. The tooth, gum and bone is infected. They tried to save the tooth but could not. She had it surgically removed on March 17th. She has had four courses of four different antibiotics. A recent biopsy found she still has three different types of bacteria in the gum and bone. Her entire body is swelling and is painful. She made a trip to the ER yesterday where they put her on one of the same antibiotics and did not address the swelling issues. Said to wear Ted hose and follow up with primary care doc. This has been ongoing for a while now and we are very concerned. They did an EKG, Xrays and CAT scan and found no blood clots and her labs were normal. Except for an elevated d-dimer and liver enzymes. She is experiencing a lot of pain and swelling. We are at a loss. It takes a long time to get in to see a new doctor and we don't know what type of doctor to see to address these issues. Can you suggest a course of action? We are lost!
