My Daughter Is Having Fever For Last 5 Days We

My daughter is having fever for last 5 days we were giving cefixime -50mg syrup but now we are feeling that she may be having uti infection or typhoid should we change antibiotic & give here ofloxacin-50 syrup or ofloxacin-100. Kindly recommend what to do
