My Daughter Is Having Severe Muscle Cramps After A Bleed

My daughter is having severe muscle cramps after a bleed in the brain. She has lost no functions as a result of the stroke and her angiogram, CTs, MRI, and a second Angiogram are all clear so she was released from the hospitol. We were told that sometimes after this type of occurance that though rare muscle spasms in the lower back occur from the excess fluid around the brain draining off. She had good pressure readings in the hospitol as well. Trying to talk to her doctors who have not called me back, to find out how long muscle cramps of this kind usually last.She is on pain meds and muscle relaxer as prescribed. It is getting a little bit better but it has gotten better before and then happened again. What I want to know is how long before this subsides and goes away.
