My Daughter Is Having Stomach Fullness Is Not Hungry And

My daughter is having stomach fullness is not hungry and for over a week is having random diarrhea. Time of day and whether she has eaten or not is inconsistent. This morning after eating left over pizza ( that she ate last night with no problem) she is vomiting. Has also had fatigue.
