My Daughter Is In Diapers Still And She Bad A

My daughter is in diapers still and she bad a bout of diarrhea the other day that caused her to develop a rash that we treated with desitin now the rash is gone but now she has small like puss filled bumps on her upper butt crack. They look like white head pimples. What could these be? How do I treat her without going to the doctor?
