My Daughter Is In Rehab But They Have Her On

My daughter is in rehab but they have her on lithium and Effexor, Gabapentin and other meds. She has been experiencing really strange and scary things. she is just scratching her scalp until it bleeds and the one I'm worried about is her heart feels like its racing and pounding out of her chest she is gritting her teeth so hard that her mouth hurts. she also woke up with Acne which she has never had. Her hands are so shaky she cant write and today her whole body was shaking. She said she pulled up her meds and the overdose symptoms for a couple of these meds are the same? any advice? Hours away.
