My Daughter Is Maybe 5 Weeks, On Blood Thinner And

My daughter is maybe 5 weeks, on blood thinner and started bleeding on Friday night. A transvaginal Scan was done they they said that they could not see a sac. I have read that sometimes if the uterus tilts backwards, it is harder to see this early. Her HCG is over 5000 and they tested her blood again today and we will see if the level is still high tomorrow. The Nurse Practitioner keeps saying to her, most likely you have miscarried. I just do not think that she should give up unless her hgc levels go down. What do you think?
