My Daughter Is On Heavy Medication And Her Primary Physician

My daughter is on heavy medication and her primary physician released her from care, said her couldn't meet her medical needs. Tried all week to get another Dr. but it is nearly I possible in our town. The doctors I contacted were booked out at least 2 months or were not accepting medicaid. We can't get her predictions and she is going into heavy withdrawal from opiates and benzos. Any advice on getting a doctor or how I could get her help ? Rehab is not an answer as she will be having surgery again soon and will be put on these again. This will be her last surgery and soon after will be going to rehab for addiction. She is not responsible for this addiction as she was on life support for 3 months and basically woke up addicted to dilaudid and fentynal. Only when we came home from hospital 5 months later did we become aware of e harm and strength of these drugs. I am so afraid she could die without them. What do I do?I seriously can't believe you charge for this
