My Daughter Is On Prolonged Lafaxid 10 For 3 1/2

My daughter is on prolonged Lafaxid 10 for 3 1/2 years; one tablet empty stomach in morning. Since one year her Hemoglobin is dropping and is not getting corrected despite Orofer administration. Also over last 6 month she has progressive & heavy loss of hairs, lowering B12, etc are observed.
