My Daughter Is On The Autism Spectrum Along With Other

My daughter is on the autism spectrum along with other diagnoses, like ADHD etc. She is 14 years old and we she gets excited she tenses up and makes a weird throat noise. I was just wondering if it was involved with the Autism spectrum and if getting her re-tested would help. Thanks so much
