My Daughter Is On Vacation In Mexico. She Has Developed

My daughter is on vacation in Mexico. She has developed what we think is a food allergy. She has ared rash on the bottom of her tongue, roof of mouth, and gums under tongue; inside cheeks and lips. It doesn't hurt, but feels like cottonmouth. Carbonation from soda bubbles feels good but also feels like the bubbling of peroxide. Sometimes a little numb. No bumps. Just splotchy sporadic spots of rash. Roof of mouth is very white and red rash is around edge. She has eaten fried calamari on various occasions, but never fresh sautéed. that is the only thing different. Has just taken 1st does of Benadryl.
