My Daughter Is Post Op Day 4 For (4)wisdom Teeth

My daughter is post op day 4 for (4)wisdom teeth extraction. Some parestesia 1/2 tongue returning, swelling face and bruising going down. On antibiotics(clandymycin) , but now she has two painful to touch node mid jaw line. Can you still have an infection even on antibiotic ? How do I differentiate lymph nodes from hematoma.
about to go on a trip this weekend is it safe? should we consult. dentist Kanin vacation now.
