My Daughter Is Pregnant, Second Trimester, Ate Cooked Shellfish Last

My daughter is pregnant, second trimester, ate cooked shellfish last night. She cooked it again in a stir fry; has had nausea/vomiting/diarrhea/abdominal pain since 3am; no fever, no shaking chills; not able to keep anything down at this time. Her husband ate the shrimp also; did not get ill.
