My Daughter Is Recovering From Wisdom Teeth Extraction. She Has

My daughter is recovering from wisdom teeth extraction. She has been on Oxycodone and antibiotics for the past 4 days. Early this morning she woke up with a tightening / spasm feeling in her upper abdomen. She says it's like intense hunger pains but she's been able to eat and nothing seems to reduce the spasms.
