My Daughter Is Saying Her Right Leg Is Numb Starting

My daughter is saying her right leg is numb starting last night and has progressed up her leg through the day today. She also says she has blood in her urine. I am at work and don't know how true or severe this is. Also she is bipolar and has Asperger's so I have no idea how legitimate this complaint is.
