My Daughter Is Suffering From Fever For Last 4 Days

My daughter is suffering from fever for last 4 days she is 6 years all test are done including dengue malaria typhoid and x-ray all reports are normal know they are saying that she might be suffering from TB but i have seen no sypmtoms she is good and health baby plse suggest me for going a skin test.
