My Daughter Is Taking Dialysis And Feels Fine.....a Shot Is

My daughter is taking dialysis and feels fine.....a shot is put into the tubing before her session ends and she always comes away with the start of a migraine. I know the drug starts with Per...... So she goes feeling fine and comes home with a start of a migraine.....am I wrong to question this?
