My Daughter Is Three Years Old, She Had A Fever

My daughter is three years old, she had a fever from tuesday through to friday. It was completely gone Saturday, but for the past couple days she's been tired and not eating as much. She is still eating, though, and drinking fine. I think it was a bit of a stomach virus as she had diarreah. Is her tiredness just a normal process from recovering from the fever?
