My Daughter Is Using Epiduo Forte For Acne. She Was

My daughter is using Epiduo forte for acne. She was also prescribed clindamycin phosphate topical lotion. When is she supposed to use the lotion? she washes her face each night and applies the Epiduo Forte and then puts the lotion on top of it and leaves it on overnight. is that correct? Then each morning she washes her face and applies make up. No medicine is on face all day? Please help. It has been 8+ weeks and there has been some improvement, but still tiny bumps on forehead and larger patches on cheeks. Thank you!
