My Daughter Is Very Sick Right Now And I Looked

My daughter is very sick right now and i looked up the symptoms and i can’t really find anything that makes sense. She is coughing a lot she’s having muscle spasms everywhere on her body, she’s nauseous all the time and dizzy and sometimes even has numbness in parts of her body. She’s been eating and drinking water and sleeping fine.
